I
remember when we travelled to Chicago two or three years
ago, and I was complaining about my pillow. I suddenly
realized that I didnt have my Ceiba Pillow with
me. Ive used kapok pillows for most of my life
because I was born in the Philippines. When I realized
how important the pillow was to my sleep, I decided
that perhaps we should do something about it
and
help others too.

I
like the quality; it is a very well made pillow. Initially,
the pillow was a bit firm, but as I got used to it,
it seemed to press down and then it seemed okay. The
Ceiba Pillow is a nice alternative to the contoured
pillow Ive been sleeping on for 15 years. Its
organic, fluffs in the dryer, and doesnt hold
moisture and odour. And, my teenage son likes it too
he keeps taking it!

I
have scoliosis, which is a curvature of the spine, and
I have been trying every type of pillow for the last
20 years. I used to toss and turn all night and then,
it would jar my spine a bit. So I often would wake up
with a stiff neck and spine. I tried feather, down,
sheepskin, barley hull and water pillows, and the Ceiba
Pillow is the only one that has worked. Ive been
sleeping on it for about a year. It keeps me in one
spot all night on my back, it conforms to the shape
of my head and my back and neck dont bug me when
I wake up anymore.

We
wanted to carry this type of firm pillow in our stores
for a while. Most polyester and down pillows flatten
out after a while or they dont provide the support
that some people are looking for. So more than anything
else, as a functional pillow, the Ceiba Pillow is a
very good pillow
for people who want a firm pillow.
This particular pillow comes with many other attributes
too that make it marketable
the fact its
all natural and its a new product.

Ive
become very dependent on the Ceiba Pillow and miss it
when I travel
my sleep is different unless I have
that pillow. I looked for a long time for a pillow firm
enough to hold my neck. Ive tried orthopedic pillows
but the Ceiba Pillow really follows the contour of your
neck so theres no neck ache. Also, I have allergies,
but the Ceiba Pillow keeps my symptoms down. At night,
I dont have a problem with snifling.
